On Monday, February 10th, 2014, Tex Arrests obtained records showing that Robert Wayne Scroggins [52190], of Hunt County, TX, was jailed by Texas officials.  Hunt County, TX officials are reporting that the suspect, Scroggins, was detained Monday. He has allegedly been charged with a single offense. Interestingly, when Tex Arrests conducted a background check for Robert Scroggins, we located zero possible previous arrests for Scroggins.  Scroggins, DOB 09/13/1963, was described as a white man of 50 years age with brown hair. When booked, he weighed 165 lbs and stood 6' 0" tall.
