A 32-year-old Lincoln Township man is being held on a $500,000 cash or surety bond in a case of sexual assault involving three girls. Matthew Lynn Scroggins [21146:M] faces three counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, two counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct, child sexually abusive activity and using a computer to commit a crime.
