He was born in South Bend, IN, to Edwin (Duke) & Irene Kuzmicz, who he preceded in death. Mike is survived by his loving wife, Donna Jean (Scroggins) Kuzmicz [45965:Q]; daughters, Michelle (Jim) Ashton & Amanda [fb] (Steve [fb]) Hogle; brother, Ken (Jeanne) Kuzmicz; grandsons, Caleb, Jacob, Noah, Dylan & Evan; nephews, Ryan (Sarah) Kuzmicz, Matt (Amanda) Kuzmicz; niece, Megan (Adam) Jasin; great-nephews and nieces, Nolan, Haley, Bailey, Parker & Gavin. ...
