It's an old cartoon trope that a new idea is like a lightbulb turning on inside the head, but for Nathaniel Scroggins [54143, fb] it literally was. Scroggins, a senior design engineering technology major at Trine University, redesigned a swimmer reaction light prototype while working during an internship on campus.  Now, Scroggins, a Southwestern High School graduate, is set for his first job after graduation.
