Man nabbed for car theft

Shane Adam Rose, 22, was booked into jail for larceny of an automobile. Rose was identified as the suspect who had stolen the van of Allen Scroggins [40794].  Scroggins told police he witnessed Rose enter the vehicle that was parked near College and Downing, then speed off in it. Scroggins spotted Rose a few blocks north of the theft, and confronted rose until authorities arrived
