Woodard appointed an audit committee: Freda Hudson-Harrison club, Marilyn Scroggins [17664:S, fb]- Quilters Club and Sherri Strange-Grubb Springs Club. McManus said each club would be mailed the paper work for club officers by Wednesday, July 1. Plans were made to prepare flowers for the area rest homes for Mother’s day. Scroggins suggested using roses with stems and tying a bow or ribbon around them instead of making nosegays.
