Robert 'Bob' Eugene Scroggins [tba] was born January 15, 1950 in Neosho, Missouri, the son of James David [34406] and Dorothy (Jeffers) [36348] Scroggins. He entered into rest on April 10, 2015 at his home, following a sudden illness at the age of 65.
