Engagement
Holly Scroggins and Aaron Lopez, both of Redding, are engaged to be married Aug. 6, 2011, at Grace Baptist Church in Redding.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Allison and Clint Scroggins of Redding. She is a 2007 graduate of Anderson High School. She attends Simpson University and plans to graduate in August with a bachelor's degree in organizational leadership.
Her fiancé is the son of Angela Munroe of Anderson and Raul Lopez of Redding. He is a 2008 graduate of Anderson High School. He attends Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott, Ariz., and is a member of the Army ROTC.
